We started as a group of owners & investors in 2003. After our first couple rehabs we started to set up systems. We designed these systems and standards to benefit the owners and the residents, not just the management company. We also managed small commercial units, mobile home communities and storage units. In 2007 we expanded our services to include a full service real estate management brokerage.
In 2010 we branched off as Clear Sky Realty, a full service brokerage for both management & sales. Then in 2012 we expanded by opening an office in Columbus Ohio. Our management team has a long history of providing BOTH quality homes to residents and good returns to investors. Currently our main office is at 202 49th St. SE, Canton, OH. We manage single & multi-family residential dwellings as well as commercial storefronts, mobile home communities, self-storage units and even farmland.

Each pet must pass a temperament test which will be conducted at your current residence by one of our veterinary technicians.
There is a one time fee of $100.
There is also an additional $25 per month pet rent.
The charge is the same for one or two pets.
