LGB Properties began back in 1999, after Larry Bosley retired as Superintendent of Schools and began his educational consulting business.
He decided a home-based business was not for him, and ended up buying a building in the Borough of Kennett Square to run his new venture.
Always the handyman, Larry ran his consulting business during the day and began renovating the building on nights and weekends.
By 2001, his son Geoff had graduated from college, and the building next door to the office became available for purchase, so they decided to purchase that, as well.
