He's the Chris and I'm the Claude of this exciting company that we launched four years ago. Chris loves weird REI sandles and hiking for miles without water and I prefer loud coffee shops with overpriced vanilla lattes. So we obviously disagree on some things- including avocados.
But one things we agree on is how much we love homes. Chris has his real estate license, I have a few design ideas up my sleeves, and together with the rest of our team we're passionate about helping you love the home you live in.

We are the parents of four little boys - Canon, Creed, Cruz, and Zion.

At this point in the process we have already had a meeting or two and suggest that you get pre-approved for a loan - which is just fancy for figuring out "how much house can I buy."
Once we know what it is you are looking for and how much you want to spend, it is time to start looking.
We set up automatic searches and also do manual searching with our team.
And of course walk through any worth checking out!

Signing the listing contract in its simplest form means we are in this together and our team is going to do what it takes to sell your home.
First things first - we take photos, gather property data, and upload everything to the MLS.
Then we market your home with our own social platforms and open houses.

In 2018 the team branched out from the average Lancaster city row home.
First we branched out to West Chester.
Then we got ourselves a little retro home right outside the city.
Both houses posed new challenges for our team- but those spaces were totally worth it.
The Fall rolled around and Chris and I found ourselves dreaming really big dreams for a coffee shop in Honey Brook.
Grants were applied for and sketches made.
But we can't really tell you the rest of that story, cause we don't know it yet either.
