To secure your booking, half of rent, the security deposit and signed lease agreement are due within 10 days of booking.
Payment can be made by personal check, cashiers check or wired funds, we do not accept credit cards.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your stay providing there is no damage to the property, including no smoking and no pets.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.
Pick up and return keys at our office at 220 Main Street, East Orleans.
If departing early and the office is closed, please leave keys in the mailbox by front door.
