Holrob Investments was founded in 1997 by Robert Talbott as a commercial real estate development and investment firm.
Raised in Knoxville and a graduate of both the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and the University Of Tennessee College Of Law, Mr. Talbott began his career in private practice with a focus on real estate, followed by a twelve-year tenure with Horne Properties, a major Knoxville-based developer of retail strip centers and freestanding credit leased facilities.
During his time with Horne Properties, Mr. Talbott served as Executive Vice President, then President, before eventually launching his own firm in 1997.
