Market studies are used to assist clients in understanding the drivers of supply and demand for proposed projects.
The results of our market analyses allow both public and private clients to plan project phasing of single- and mixed-use developments and estimate financial feasibility, and can be useful to the public sector in the developer selection process.
Our experience extends from the typical office, residential, retail, industrial, and hotel uses to the more special-use facilities including large-scale, mixed-use complexes, sport facilities, convention/conference facilities, recreational, museum, public markets, and other non-traditional projects.
Patricia L. Adell owns and manages Real Estate Solutions Group, LLC, a consulting firm that advises public and private sector clients on the development of mixed-use complexes, hotels, convention centers, office, residential, retail, museums, and special uses.
She has had over 20 years of real estate experience in market and financial feasibility, structuring public/private development partnerships, and creating strategic approaches to large-scale mixed-used projects.
A sample of her clients includes the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Cherokee Investments, the New York Economic Development Corporation, the City of Newark, Liberty Property Trust, and the Sports Museum of America.
Randy Nigrelli's professional experience includes over 20 years of providing real estate and hospitality consulting services for public and private real estate market participants including investment and commercial banks, real estate developers and operators, government agencies, and law firms.
Property types analyzed by Mr. Nigrelli include hotels, conference centers, office and industrial buildings, shopping centers, marinas, and apartment buildings.
Since joining Real Estate Solutions Group in 2001, Mr. Nigrelli has provided a variety of consulting services for clients including the City of Newark, Empire State Development, Princeton University, Port Authority of NY and NJ, New York City Economic Development Corporation, New Jersey Transit, Lennar Corporation, and Cherokee Investments.
