However, we retain the right to charge a fee if a special trip is required in order to meet specific due dates or reach an extreme location. The fee for an appraisal is based on the location of the subject property, the complexity of the report and the turnaround time required. Please contact our office for an exact quote for your request. Payment is expected upon inspection of the property and prior to completion and delivery of the appraisal to you.
Appraisal reports will not be delivered until payment arrangements have been made. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. I use Tim for FHA and conventional appraisals because of his superb attention to detail.
