Richard Callahan is a full-service real estate broker and the owner of Raleigh Homes Realty, representing buyers and sellers in all parts of the Triangle area with every type of residential property.
He is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and has a special interest in historic homes, rehab properties, student housing, investment property, and downtown living.
Richard grew up in Raleigh and has lived all over Wake County, from Cary to Holly Springs to North Raleigh, and has been living in Downtown Raleigh's Historic Oakwood since 1997.
Ron Parent is a full-service real estate broker representing buyers and sellers in all parts of the Triangle area with every type of residential property.
Originally from Rhode Island, Ron has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business, Management and Marketing and also a B.A. in Music.
He has lived in Raleigh since 1977 and has had a life-long passion for real estate.
With his background in quality assurance and as an analyst, auditor, and manager in the financial industry and informational technology, Ron's keen focus on detail and quality are beneficial in helping clients find a home that is the perfect fit.
Karen Still is a full-service real estate broker representing buyers and sellers in all parts of the Triangle area with every type of residential property.
Karen has lived, worked, and played in the Triangle area since 1992, where she also raised her three daughters.
She is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and a Gulf War Veteran who served with the Tennessee Air National Guard and the US Air Force.
During a 36-year career in the professional liability insurance claims business, she assisted physicians, hospitals, and health care professionals with medical malpractice claims.
