Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
MONTHLY RENTALS: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.
We suggest guests purchase trip insurance to protect against an unfortunate loss.
Cancellations must be confirmed to Truman & Co. in writing and receipt acknowledged by Truman & Co in writing.
This policy covers up to $3000.00 worth of accidental damages.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Truman and Company's property management is the BEST!
We had 2 properties in Old Towne that were being so mismanaged by our former "property managers" that I would be totally frustrated with the condition the properties were in every time we would visit.
When Truman and Company took over that all changed!
We can now come down to our properties and enjoy a vacation instead of doing all the work that our property manager was "supposed" to be doing!
We love them so much, that we have given them 2 more properties to manage in the Truman Annex!
