As Pacific Lots of Costa Rica, we represent the largest developer of residential property for expats in Costa Rica. These developments are one of the largest international residential communities in the entire country. Pacific Lots is the marketing firm for Window to the Pacific (Ventana Del Pacifico) and that is the only Costa Rican real estate project we represent.

They are one of the oldest developers in the country, selling improved land and building lots with spectacular ocean views as well as building custom homes for our clients in Costa Rica. Currently employing over 300 workers primarily in the building trades they have their own staff of engineers and architects, builders, craftsmen, plumbers, electricians, masons and heavy equipment operators as well as a rental and property management team.

The company offers fully improved lots and home sites complete with roads, artesian well water and electric to each site. Although you are welcome to build your own home or hire any builder of your choice, we offer custom home building services to our clients and nearly all of our clients use us to build their home.

Over 25 years ago, a small enclave of expats formed a community just north of the Osa Peninsula in the towns of Ojochal and Tres Rios de Coronado.
The development grew primarily by word of mouth attracting North Americans to this spectacular part of the country.
But getting there was not an easy task.
The inland route, the Cerro de la Muerte (translation is "passage of death") traversed a mountain ridge high in the clouds, topping 11,000 feet in certain places.
The coastal route required numerous river crossings as well as a trek over 20 miles of unpaved road.
Our sales team is headed up by Steve Linder.
Steve is VP of sales and he leads the firm's sales initiative.
He provides sales materials, DVD's and other promotional ideas to sales reps and alliance partners.
Steve is the guy you will likely meet at shows, doing presentations, as keynote speaker or leading a seminar or workshop.
Kristina Welburn develops the company newsletter, The Paradise Post, as well as most marketing materials.
She also leads sales and marketing initiatives on the world wide web.
The Location of our properties in Costa Rica - Ojochal, Tres Rios De Coronado and Chontales - The Costa Bellena in the Southern region.
Now in our 28th year in the area, we already have built a large community of expats.
There are nearly 30 bars and restaurants in the area as well as 11 hotels.
Our developments are located in the coastal towns of Ojochal, Tres Rios, and Chontales in the southern Pacific region of Costa Rica and just above the Osa Peninsula.
These three towns touch one another as you drive south on the Pacific Coast.
In our tight knit community there is plenty to do within a short drive from our developments.
San Isidro is nearby, one of the largest cities outside the central valley, complete with many shopping opportunities and big box stores.
In Golfito, just a bit south of Ojochal, there is a duty free shopping zone with a large selection of international goods.
Panama is only a couple of hours drive south.
For natural attractions, there are many local public and private parks and reserves offering guided and self guided hiking trails.
Many of you know Ventana del Pacifico as a builder of fine custom homes.
They are one of the oldest and largest developers and builders in Costa Rica with over 20 years experience.
They've built 20 phases, many as gated developments, some with over 300 home sites in one development.
They've also built over 250 custom homes and a number of condos and villas.
The last time Ventana del Pacifico offered Pre-Construction Villas, the entire project sold out in less than 30 days.
On offer now are 18 new villas available in three models.
