Morgan Properties is a family owned and operated full-service property management company having served Central Indiana real estate investors and its community of tenants for over 17yrs and counting. Originally founded by Tami and Tom Morgan in 2004, the company is now owned by Tami's niece, Angie and Ryan Boots. The business was founded out of the need for a strong property manager to manage their own large rental portfolio.
A manager who understood the challenges and risks associated with owning residential and multi-family rental properties across Indiana. Having found no one at the time that could adequately manage rent collecting, tenant relations, and repair challenges particularly within the most difficult categories of real estate, Morgan Properties was born.
