Since we require this coverage, we have partnered up with Shelter Insurance to offer you a discounted rate.
For $10.00 a month you will receive appropriate coverage for your personal belongings.

If you would prefer to obtain coverage through another company of your choosing, please feel free.
We will just require your proof of coverage within 30 days of your move in date.
