We specialize in retail, office, medical and mixed-used properties, with an emphasis on neighborhood and community shopping centers and single-purpose retail destinations.
Terraco has owned, developed and operated real estate in nine states, with a focus on the Chicago area, Northern Illinois and the Midwest. Terraco has developed more than 100 properties totaling over 5 million square feet on over 1,000 acres.
