The REALTORS Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina (RCASENC) unites commercial real estate agents who are members of the Wilmington Regional Associations of REALTORS (WRAR). PROMOTE and maintain the highest standards of conduct in the commercial real estate profession as expressed in the Code of Ethics of NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS and followed by both commercial and residential REALTORS.
PROVIDE a forum for RCASENC members to interact with other commercial practitioners and provide educational opportunities to advance the level of professionalism. ADDRESS public policy issues that affect the sale, exchange, leasing or development of commercial investment and industrial property.
