Tim Canady has been a real estate professional since 1994, building his business, and his reputation, one satisfied client at a time.
Tim earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
He is an associate Broker and member of the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS and is one of the few REALTORS in North Carolina to hold a Broker's License and Appraisal License.
Tim's in depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Financing.

The monthly fee covers all office charges, weekly inspections of property, accounts payables and receivables and following up on current vendors.
We have a complete staff of vendors to handle all your association needs.
