Blue Ridge Brokerage began offering business services in early 2005.
We started as a business broker firm only, but quickly branched into commercial real estate, farmland, acreage and leasing opportunities.
In the beginning, we only serviced Watauga County, but seeing the need, soon began servicing Avery, Ashe and Wilkes counties of NC also.
An extensive business brokerage, commercial real estate, and food service experience with the sale of over 200 businesses.
An in-house marketing person dedicated to getting knowledge of our listings out – to the world, through many marketing venues.

David Conrad was born and raised in Greensboro, NC, and grew up in a family business founded by his parents - Libby Hill Seafood Restaurants.
He attended East Carolina University and graduated with a BA in Business Administration.
Upon graduation, David went to work in the family business and enjoyed many successful years directing the company's operations.
He left the business in 1993, and went into business brokerage, becoming an agent for VR business brokerage in Greensboro, NC.
Soon he rose to the top, becoming Broker-In-Charge, and receiving VR's highest award - the Diamond award - for the highest sales volume in VR's entire franchise.
