Jim Evans, the founder and CEO of CORE, grew up in a real estate and auction family.
Buford Evans, Jim's Father, was one of the first licensed brokers and auctioneers in the State of Tennessee. Jim had the unique ability to watch the real estate market in Middle Tennessee explode in his lifetime. He has handed his real estate passion down to his children, allowing for the family business to grow. Being a family, we offer our clients a unique opportunity to have multiple agents looking out for their benefit.
Jim Evans is a graduate of Trevecca College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Jim has accumulated over a thousand hours of real estate and real estate appraisal education over his 35-year real estate career.
