Elizabeth was such a pleasure to work with throughout our home building process. She is very knowledgeable and was so helpful in assisting with making sure things got completed with our new build while dealing with very difficult builders. It was a long process but we are very thankful we had Elizabeth advocating for us and she made sure to get us to the closing table. She was always very responsive and she ensured that our best interests were made her top priority. I would highly recommend Elizabeth!!!!

Elizabeth is awesome! Friendly but persistent, and helped me find and purchase just what I was looking for in this crazy market. I appreciated that she was straightforward from day one always told me what to expect every step of the way. As an out of state buyer, she was flexible with her time knowing that I could only be there for a few short hours on the weekends. I can't recommend her highly enough (and I never leave reviews!).

Elizabeth was wonderful! We met her at an open house in 2018 when we were just riding around looking at neighborhoods. We're from Ohio and knew we were going to move to Tn someday to be closer to our daughter. She kept in touch with us. In 2021 we were ready to move, we had sold our house in Ohio and she was right here for us. She is super knowledgeable about the crazy market we're in right now. Over the last two years I've moved four times for work. Elizabeth is by far the most helpful realtor I've had the fortune of working with. When I got ready to sell my Columbia Tn house I approached Elizabeth with what I should do to get the most for my home. Her ideas and suggestions were wonderful! Not only did they update the look of my house it helped increase the amount of money I got for the house. Her marketing techniques were superb. She marketed my house as if it were a million dollar property using the most modern and up to date techniques possible.
