Pate Greening, broker/owner of Reliable Real Estate, has been with Reliable Management for over a decade.
The management company was established in 1972, prior to Pate owning it.
After becoming one of the largest management companies in East Texas, it made sense to open a sister company, in which Reliable Real Estate began.
Pate has served as a Board of Director for the Texas Apartment Association and the Greater Longview Area Apartment Association for many years.
Other involvement consist of: President of the Gregg County Area Go Texans and President of the Wildwood Homeowners Association.
