The Kathy Roosa School of Real Estate (New England School of Real Estate) is an Independent School Dedicated to the Education of Real Estate Licensees in New England. We provide independent educational services to persons currently in the Real Estate industry, or those looking to get into it. Our State approved 40-hour, 7-week course typically starts every two months.
The course prepares you for the salesperson exam with evening and morning class options available. Our State approved 60-hour Broker course is self-study (with an optional weekend review) to prepare students for both the NH State Law and National exams - using NH Laws, Rules, Regs, Additional Topics and the national Modern Real Estate textbook. The "Crash" Weekend Review is held on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.
It reviews both NH State Law and National material. This Weekend Review does NOT fulfill the state-required 40-hour course to get your salesperson license.
