I have a deep respect for customers and clients and the transitions you are going through. My goal is to share my experience and knowledge to make buying or selling your home as easy as possible. I have been a New Hampshire licensed real estate agent since 2014. Prior to real estate I was employed by Fidelity Investments assisting Fidelity employees and the employees of Fidelity's clients with their 401K plans.

In my real estate business, I have worked with the builder Sousa Realty and now with Bean Group. New Construction - Helping buyers navigate the process of buying in new construction developments. My memberships are with the National Association of Realtors, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the Greater Manchester-Nashua Board of Realtors.

I have attained certain designations in the industry such as GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) and the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert). Lived in Hudson, NH for 30 years and most of my family resides in Hudson, Windham and Derry NH.

The Brokerage Disclosure Form is a document that every real estate agent in the state of New Hampshire is required to present to you at the "first business meeting" with that agent.
So before you talk about your motivation for moving and your financial details please make sure you are aware of the relationship you have with that agent.
Your personal information could be used against you if that agent represents the opposite party in a transaction you are or maybe a part of.
Has your furnace been cleaned or your septic tank pumped?
Many of us live with items that should be maintained but we never seem to have the time or know the proper contractors to call.
Items in need of repair such as a leaky faucet, broken outlets, broken appliances or windows will be picked up in a home inspection and could leave you exposed to more negotiations and a lower selling price.
These changes may make your home more appealing to buyers but use caution when figuring out a budget to spend.
The town has a mix of residential neighborhoods, restaurants, retail buildings and industrial office parks.
We also have historic buildings from the original Hills family who settled here.
We border the city of Nashua and have direct access to Route 3. Route 3A, 102 and 111 run through our town and we're within a 15 to 20 minute ride to pick up Interstate 93, which will take you to Boston in about 90 minutes or our lakes region or the White Mountains in about 2 hours.
We have our own beautiful Benson's Park (This Park may be familiar to anyone old enough to remember Benson's Wild Animal Farm) which includes play structures for kids, many paths to walk, both paved and not paved, a dog park and a memorial to the victims of 9/11.
If you like acres of undeveloped land with dots of farms and quiet neighborhoods than you may love Litchfield.
Litchfield doesn't boast of any big industry, they don't have miles of retail shopping and restaurants and if you speak with many residents, that's fine by them.
Litchfield sits south of the City of Manchester.
The Merrimack River and the town of Merrimack run along its border to the west, Hudson is to its south and Londonderry to its east.
It sits like an oasis in the middle of these much busier towns and city.
I've tackled the subject of moving before, in a general sense, but the fact still remains that moving is one of the most stressful times for families.
Now, if you are moving for a reason that involves another stressful hurdle such as divorce or losing a loved one, my heart goes out to you.
As someone who has likewise been involved in a move due to divorce, I understand how difficult it is.
Unfortunately for me, I didn't do any research to anticipate all the hurdles that would accompany such a move.
