Rhody Dillon, president, is a Raleigh native and a 1973 graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mr. Dillon opened the business in 1995, having spent the previous 14 years with a multi-national commercial real estate company as head of sales for the Raleigh/RTP office.
He operated a small general construction company for a number of years, where he gained a full understanding of commercial construction.
Mr. Dillon is married and active in numerous faith-based and civic organizations in the Raleigh area.
