Currently, we have a team of approximately 40 licensed real estate professionals at two convenient locations serving both Volusia and Flagler Counties specializing in both sales and rentals. Nancy has approximately 30 years of local real estate experience and served as the 2008 President of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS.
Her daughter, Nancy-Ellen Otte, has worked here locally in real estate since 2001 and is currently the Broker Manager of the Ormond By The Sea office. Nancy-Ellen followed in her mother's footsteps and also served as President of Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS in 2015. CENTURY 21 Sundance Realty is a member of four area Boards of REALTORS including Flagler, Daytona Beach, West Volusia and New Smyrna Beach.
