Both Steve and Nancy are officers of the Bellaire Community Group, the largest community group in Daytona Beach.
The BCG continues to publish a well-respected monthly newsletter and hosts monthly meetings. Steve is the 2015 Florida Realtors' Chairman of the Property Management Committee; also recipient of the 2013 Realtor of The Year Award from his fellow Realtors at the DBAAR (Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors). He is a past president of the DBAAR.
