Neil Rowerdink started this new career in 1994 working for Howard Perry & Walston REALTORS(R).
After about a year and a half "learning the ropes" at one of the areas largest real estate firms, the decision was made to change to a company that offered more flexibility and a better compensattion plan, and with that a move was made to join one of the local RE/MAX(R) franchises.
