Formed in 1984 as a residential construction business, Leu Enterprises built their outstanding reputation through the construction of many custom homes throughout El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer Counties, both modest and very high end.
In the early 2000s, the company transitioned to building multifamily properties.
This led to the formation of a property management division to manage these units.
In 2005, management services were expanded to include properties owned by third parties.
