Appraisal Technology
Our Goal is to provide quality service for our clients and to produce a superior work product. This is managed through a medium sized group of experienced appraisers, complemented by an efficient support staff. We utilize all necessary research material and resources and maintain an extensive network of contacts that cover the breadth of professionals in every aspect of real estate from developers to brokers to property managers.

We specialize in real estate valuations for a wide range of commercial property types including land, office, retail, industrial, hotels/motels, restaurants, subdivisions, golf courses, tax consulting and court testimony. Established in 1989, Appraisal Technology has served clients all around Arizona and the southwestern portion of the United States.

In addition to commercial valuation services, ATI can assist clients in the appraisal review process and provide consultation services. Other services provided by ATI include litigation. For the litigation process, ATI represent our clients as the valuation experts who will prepare an accurate, well-documented appraisal report assisting them through the discovery process and testify to their findings, calmly and convincingly, in adversarial settings.
