Jim joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris' Real Estate Management Services (REMS) group in 1999.
Appointed as The Building Manager of the IMG Center (The World Headquarters of International Management Group), IMG Center Parking Garage and The Lincoln Building.
After the sale of these properties for the client in September of 2002, Jim was promoted to General Manager of the B.F. Keith Building Complex which houses Cleveland's historic Palace Theater.
With over twenty-one years of documented accomplishments in the real estate and commercial construction industries, Jim has specialized in the restoration, renovation, tenant build-out and new construction of major projects with repeat business for premier commercial, institutional, industrial, and hospitality property owners and tenants.
