My husband and I were moving to Loveland from the Denver area and needed help deciding where to live in Loveland.
He met with us on a Sunday afternoon to get a feel for the type of house we were looking for, the amenities we were interested in and the price range we were looking at.
Since we drove up from Denver, he immediately pulled a list of homes meeting our criteria and drove us from the north end to the south end and finally recommended a brand new home in a newer subdivision.
He was great.
