Stroh Realty was founded by Ray Stroh in 1954. In addition to real estate, Ray also specialized in auctions and auctioneering. The company is currently owned and operated by Dan Stroh. Stroh Realty reflects the family traditon of honesty and integrity in the business community. Dan is a Loveland native having been born and raised in the local area.

After attending C.U. in Boulder, he became a licensed real estate agent in 1968. He specializes in farms, ranches, water brokerage, and commercial and development property. Dan currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pouder Valley Health Systems. Dan and wife Debbie own and manage several farms, breeding and showing registered cutting horses.

Dan also serves as Director of the National Cutting Horse Association in Fort Worth, Texas. Debbie Stroh sells residential real estate and serves as office manager/bookkeeper for the family business.
