In May of 2013, Life Changes Realty Group began with a humble start and the vision of one broker/agent, Naomi Fredlund. Having experienced over ten years as an agent and manager in the big brands of the industry, she desired to leave the sales-pitch mentality and create a vastly different brokerage. This new brokerage would be faith-based, heart-led, and people centered.
Though just a small spark, Naomi's vision was fueled with great passion. Her mission was clear: "To partner beside each client in their journey of change; offering top notch professional real estate and life services, uniquely blended with listening, educating, connecting, supporting, and rebuilding; helping them move positively and boldly forward."
The team grew with agents whose heart and life evidenced respect, integrity, service, and excellence. These core values driving each agent has developed Life Changes Realty Group into an ever growing company of agents, spanning over four counties in Central PA. In the real estate industry, being "people first" is often worn as a badge to be taken off at the end of the work day.

Services
I saw that the rewards from making personal connections with the families & individuals I worked with, were far greater than the challenges I faced.
It was not uncommon to hear, 'You are the first person who's ever treated me (or my kids) with respect.'.
I was born and raised in Lancaster County.
There's so much to love about Lancaster!
I grew up in a rural area outside of Millersville, sledding in the cornfields, shelling lima beans grown in my grandfather's garden, and eating strawberry shortcake and apple dumplings for supper.

I developed a strong work ethic through life on the farm, and my parents taught me to always treat others the way I would like to be treated.
Transitions can be tough, but they always go more smoothly with someone on your side.
I grew up on a 60-acre farm in Hershey, with beautiful views, rolling pastures, and a backyard pond.
While there was sometimes room for leisure, there was always work to do done.
Splitting firewood, bailing hay, and picking fruits and vegetables was a way of life.

I am very excited to join Life Changes Realty Group and look forward to living out the client-centered culture that is a core value of the company!.
After moving to Lancaster County in 1982, due to my father's job transfer, I attended and ultimately graduated from Hempfield HS, and then went on to obtain a degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.
After marrying my high school sweetheart, Tracy, who is also a realtor with Life Changes Realty Group, we started our family and today, we have two adult children and one adorable grandson.

I was born and raised in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
I moved to Lancaster County during my sophomore year of high school and instantly fell in love with the area.
After graduating from Penn Manor high school I attended Millersville University where I completed my Bachelors Degree in Social Work.
From a young age I always loved helping others.
I started volunteering with Special Olympics when I was in 4th grade and went on to volunteer at a handicapped-riding center in New Jersey, which gave disabled children the joy of riding horses.

I believe the Golden Rule, 'do onto others as you would have them do unto you' is essential in everyday living.
I love to help people, and being a realtor has given me the opportunity to assist & guide clients through their life changes of real estate.
I was born and raised in Lancaster County.
Growing up along the Conestoga River on 3 acres of property has given me an appreciation for the outdoors.
My parents had always insisted on showing me and my siblings a good work ethic, honesty, and solid core values.
