We have a resident online portal that makes it easy and convenient for you to pay your rent or report an issue about your unit.
Access to this portal is at the upper right of our web pages, "Tenant Login".
We also have a dedicated after hours emergency phone number for when an emergency strikes and the office is not open.
Additionally, we want you to know what is expected of you as a resident so there are few to no misunderstandings.

The application fee allows HRES to run the credit report necessary to process your application.
Prospective tenants can fill out an online application or a paper application.
The paper application is a $40 payment by cash or money order.
