In 1938 Raymond A. Weisner moved to Salisbury from New York and established Deer's Head Realty Corporation, a property management company, and Raymond A Weisner & Associates, a real estate brokerage firm.
In 1974 Raymond's grandson Michael Weisner moved to Salisbury and took over management of Deer's Head Realty.
In 1980 Mike received his real estate brokerage license and opened Michael C Weisner Real Estate to manage the family investment properties.
