Jeff holds a B.A. in Organizational Design from the University of Minnesota.
Arriving in Monterey County in 1982, he worked in real estate finance prior to joining a large franchise office in 1985.
Licensed as a California Real Estate Broker since 1987, he opened his own firm, Segal Real Estate, in 1989.
He's earned both Graduate REALTORS's Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.
Recognized by his peers as REALTOR of the Year for 1989, Jeff served as 1992 President of the Salinas Association of REALTORS, member of the MLS (1989) and Board (1994) Regionalization Taskforces, presiding officer for Professional Standards hearings, and Director to the California Association of REALTORS (1990-92.)
