I have been a licensed broker in California since 2004. I was raised in Springville and began my family in Orange County following college. I had the fortunate opportunity to return home in 2004 to go into partnership with my father at River Island Real Estate. I took the reigns as Broker/Owner in 2012 following 8 years of a successful partnership and my father's retirement.

I am dedicated to those ready to sell or those looking for the home of their dream. My knowledge of the area is invaluable to a successful transaction. Along with real estate, I have commercial lending experience working for a local community bank and have served on multiple committees in the community. My husband and our 3 wonderful children are my greatest joy.

Jim is a realtor and longtime resident of the Porterville/Springville area. He has spent over 25 years as a college professor and high school teacher. Jim earned degrees from Porterville College, Fresno State and Cal State Bakersfield. He is married and has 3 great kids.
