An Island County native, Mark Ramaley began his career in commercial real estate in 1982, shortly after graduating from the University of Washington.
As a young man, he managed the development of numerous retail and office projects throughout the region for a Bellevue, WA investor group, overseeing the lease up and tenant improvements as the owner's representative.
With this development background, Mark has been able to bring a balanced insight to hundreds of successful lease and sale transactions since transitioning into brokerage in the early 1990's.
