A native of Washington D.C., Rob Harman spent nearly 20 years in the District of Columbia's commercial office maintenance and management arena, serving as a facility manager in the private industry in several high rise office buildings in Northwest D.C. and then as a Building's Manager for the General Services Administration at the Dept. of Interior, State Department and finally the White House Group--including the East and West wings of the White House, the Old and New Executive Office Buildings and the Blair House--under the Reagan administration.
