Sue Brown Realty & Associates is a family owned & operated full service Real Estate Company for Real Estate Residential Sales under Sue Brown, Broker. We were founded on the same principles that has carried Sue through her 16 years as a Realtor and previously in her 20-year career teaching children which is the importance of honesty, integrity, trust and respect.

Husband Hilary joined her in business in 2006 when he retired as the President of MacFarms of Hawaii. Hilary brought with him a wealth of knowledge in land and farms spanning years and different continents. He brings a wonderful perspective to the family operations with his background in Finance.
Tim's wife Ally with her background in Accounting, currently serves as the Office & Financial Manager for the brokerage and does have plans to obtain her real estate license as well. At Sue Brown Realty & Associates, we take our clients best interest at heart and we operate accordingly.

Hilary and his family moved from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia to Hawaii in 1982 when his Australian employer offered him the job of managing the newly acquired Macfarms of Hawaii's 4,000 acres macadamia orchard located at Kapua in South Kona.
This was to have been a two-year secondment which turned into a 24-year career ending in 2006 when Hilary retired as President of Macfarms of Hawaii.
Hilary obtained a real estate license in 2003 and became a full-time realtor in 2006 when he joined his wife Sue who has been an active realtor since 2003.

Tim is the second born son to Sue & Hilary and was born in Gympie, Australia and raised in Captain Cook since he was two.
Tim has been married to Ally since 2004 and they have two children, son Thor (2007) and daughter Kynzie (2015).
After graduating from Konawaena High school in 1998 Tim moved to Colorado for college and graduated with a BS in Finance and a Minor in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado.
His work experience since graduating included both Accounting and Finance which has served to be a huge asset to any company/business Tim's involved in.
