Morgan has formed private funds with high net worth individuals and has partnered with institutional investors such as RREEF, Principal Financial, Strategic Capital Partners and CenterPoint Properties.
Morgan's current portfolio includes five multi-tenant industrial/office buildings concentrated in the southwest Chicago suburbs of Burr Ridge and Willowbrook along interstate I-55.
