Consigli and Brucato PC is a general practice law firm. Founded in 1978 by boyhood friends, Aldo B. Consigli, Jr., and Charles J. Brucato, Jr., the firm's offices are situated in Milford, Massachusetts. The largest portion of our practice is devoted to real estate conveyancing. However, we have a substantial practice in divorce, family law, child custody, personal injury law, workers compensation law, criminal law, small business organization, bankruptcy, probate, and family law.
Each of the attorneys in our firm is experienced in both trial and appellate practice in all Courts in the Commonwealth as well as the local Federal Courts. The office is situated on the third floor of the Afonso Gillon Court Building, a historical landmark, which has been renovated and modernized and is located near the intersection of Main and Central Streets in the heart of downtown Milford, Massachusetts.
It is handicap accessible, and the building is serviced by an elevator. In addition to four private lawyer's offices, the firm also has a private conference room suitable for depositions, meetings, and real estate closings.

Attorney Aldo Consigli was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, and his family settled in Milford and later Upton.
He graduated from Nipmuc Regional High School in Mendon, Massachusetts, in 1965, where he was an outstanding basketball and baseball player, and attended the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, graduating in 1969 with a BA in Economics.
He then went on to Villanova School of Law where he received his JD in 1972.
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1972, Attorney Consigli has devoted a large portion of his career to title examination and real estate conveyancing.
