For 30 years in Commercial Real Estate brokerage, Dusty Burke and team have identified and matched commercial real estate opportunities with business professionals seeking the best possible location and terms. Clients capitalize on our experience, relationships, instincts, and problem-solving capability in leasing and selling property and identifying new sites for developers, owners, buyers, sellers and tenants.

Some of our clients have found that we achieve success creating relationships and communications where others have failed, especially in areas that require anticipation of issues, handling delicate communications, and negotiating opportunistically. Clients count on our integrity, protection of proprietary information, accountability, sense of urgency and results.

These results include identifying on and off-market sites and the creation of an extraordinary number of new retail and mixed-use projects in Eastern and Central Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York.
Services
American Commercial Real Estate LLC (ACRE) brokers commercial properties for sale, lease, acquisition, expansion, repositioning, development, re-development and investment.
Many of these successes result from its intuitive anticipation of evolving real estate objectives and customer goals: what was an acceptable location thirty years ago may no longer be adequate in addressing demand for instant and sustained creditability in an increasingly innovative and competitive marketplace.
By applying our real estate sales and market knowledge and understanding of people, ACRE (and its clients) has achieved success where others may have failed to identify opportunities or open up productive relationships.
Dusty Burke has been President of American Commercial Real Estate since 1991.
Dusty's deal portfolio of new construction retail projects he has brokered (identified in this website under Portfolio) is unparalleled in the industry.
A 1981 graduate of University of Massachusetts at Amherst (English), Dusty managed restaurants (KFC), car dealerships (Volvo/Honda), and a family land company (Newport Farms) before and after college, prior to his joining the Fafard Real Estate Company in 1987.
As a boy, Dusty sold popcorn at Harvard Stadium, cut and sold firewood, mowed lawns and painted houses and boats.
Utilizing state-of-the-art technology (data collection and research engines), expert resource relationships and on-the-ground effort, we search for new sites based on client objectives and market opportunities.
These opportunities often include sites that are not on the market but which we identify as opportunities for "higher and better use" where we research and approach the owners.
Other off-market opportunities may reveal themselves in our research as underperforming businesses who might wish to vacate early or tenants whose lease may be coming up for renewal.
Our clients benefit greatly by ACRE's resource relationships.
These include top-notch real estate colleagues, research engines including CoStar, LoopNet and MLS, contractors, civil engineers, planners, attorneys, and site and space design specialists.
For example, ACRE has worked for 15 years very closely with NES Group, New England's top bank and credit union branch planning and design team, www.nes-group.com.
One of New England's most respected commercial real estate engineering companies, Bohler, is another favorite ACRE strategic resource that provides site planning, engineering and permitting skill and experience to its clients that assures best possible outcomes, www.bohlerengineering.com.
