Search online for the type of property you'd like to rent or call us and we'll email you properties that match your criteria.
A copy of the signed lease and the first 50% of the rent, plus a $30 processing fee, is due 5 calendar days after we send the lease to you.
The second 50% of the rent, plus the security deposit, is due no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Rent and the processing fee can be paid by credit card or check.
Please note that the security deposit must be paid by check, not credit card, and personal checks can't be accepted on the arrival date.
