There is a $15.00 non-refundable application fee per applicant (for roommates - only one application necessary if married) Each occupant must apply separately and co-signers must fill out a separate application as well.
There is a $10.00 refundable key deposit for any rental keys checked out.
Prospective tenants will need to leave their name and phone numbers.
Prior arrangements must be made for key checkout to view properties after hours or on weekends.
