I was born and raised in Le Mars, Iowa in an avid farming family and purchased and managing several apartments.
After graduating from Westmar College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1974, I began my career in real estate with a large nearby firm.
It didn't take long to learn I had a true passion for selling real estate and in 1976, opened my own brokerage firm in Le Mars, Iowa -Lance Sitzmann Real Estate.
I am truly blessed for that decision because selling real estate has been such a rewarding career for my family and me.

1980 Obtained my IA RE license and been with husband, Lance Sitzmann Real Estate as a Realtor and established in 1976.
It was an easy family decision to join forces with Lance because we knew we wanted a challenge and the satisfaction that comes along with helping clients realize the American Dream, home ownership.
Over the past 3 decades, the ability to help so many diverse clients and build relationships with them is what I have loved most about my career.
