The Northwest Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS(R) (NWIABOR) is an association of real estate professionals in a 13 county region of Northwest Iowa.
The board is one of nearly 1,400 real estate boards in the country which make up the National Association of REALTORS(R) (NAR), the largest trade association in the world.
NWIABOR was formed in 2015 as a result of a merger between the Greater Sioux City Board of REALTORS(R), the Northwest Iowa Chapter Board of REALTORS(R), and the United Counties Board of REALTORS(R).
The board is one of nearly 1,400 real estate boards in the country which make up the National Association of REALTORS(R) (NAR), the largest trade association in the world.
NWIABOR was formed in 2015 as a result of a merger between the Greater Sioux City Board of REALTORS(R), the Northwest Iowa Chapter Board of REALTORS(R), and the United Counties Board of REALTORS(R).
The term REALTOR(R) is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS(R) and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
Not all real estate licensees are REALTORS(R).

In addition, Brad has served as past president of the Iowa Great Lakes Board of REALTORS(R), and is in his second term as a Director for the REALTOR(R) Foundation of Iowa.
Brad is the Broker/owner of EXIT Realty Midwest in Spirit Lake, Spencer, LeMars, and Cherokee.
He currently serves as the 2020-2021 President of the board.
