Jay has over 15 years experience in the field, spending 10 years as a construction inspector for an engineering firm and over 5 years as a construction project manager. Jay has also successfully completed a nationally accredited, 100 hour home inspection course from Allied Real Estate School and is a certified HUD 203(k) consultant.
