My mother, Ethel, pioneered the Real Estate business on Lake Burton beginning in the early 1960's as the celebrated founder of Ethel Allen Realty, which later became Lake Burton Properties. My father built lake homes through his construction company. I attribute much of my success in 30+ years in Real Estate to the example that they both modeled for me which was cornerstoned by a deep commitment to serving others and a love for life!
After learning the ropes of the Real Estate business with top firms in Atlanta in the 1980's, I focused all of my efforts in the place that I know like the back of my hand and joined Mom at Lake Burton Properties in the 90's. In 2002, as my mother aged, I opened my own firm, Lake Burton Homes, LLC.
