Chesapeake Bay Real Estate PLS
Located in the heart of St Michaels and Tilghman Island, Chesapeake Bay Real Estate Plus LLC, is the meeting point for the finest real estate and the most demanding customers. We operate in the majority of the Eastern Shore counties as a full-service real estate company, and currently hold over 20 professionals in 4 divisions in our downtown St Michael's and Tilghman Island location.

We proudly offer you our substantial and well-founded expertise in professional brokerage services: real estate valuation, consulting, leasing, sales, construction and property management of premiere real estate at the highest standard. At Chesapeake Bay Real Estate Plus, our associates are extremely knowledgeable, "local". Seasoned professionals who represent the finest real estate Talbot and surrounding counties have to offer.

We think of each client as a possible neighbor because chances are, they will be. Our house is a pre-fab delivered as 12 boxes to the site. Dawn and her team coordinated with the offsite architect and factory to handle all local aspects of the project, from permitting, septic and foundation, to supervising the installation of the "boxes", through actual carpentry of siding, decks, porch.
Services
When a client meets Dawn, immediately they will feel at ease, learning and laughing while touring the local area and seeing why one would want to call it "Home".
Dawn combines this love and knowledge of the shore with her real estate expertise and it has earned her the distinction of being a multi-million dollar producer in listing and selling real estate for over 35 years.
She has owned and Brokered CBRE Plus since 1997.
The "Plus" is the added bonus and represents the five divisions of the company, Residential, Commercial, Vacation rentals, Aging in Place and Safe Harbour Construction.
Maureen "Mo" McHugh is a Chicago native who has spent the last 25 years in the Mid-Atlantic area embracing the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle.
Prior to moving to Saint Michaels, she was a sales and marketing executive based in Baltimore with the G. Heileman Brewing Company, the financial institution Legg Mason, and non-profit fundraiser, Barton Cotton.
Seven years ago, Mo and her husband Tim decided to relocate to Talbot County for a more relaxed experience.
This move turned out to be "paradise found" and was the beginning of a new career venture pairing previous marketing experience and people skills with love of real estate in the Land of Pleasant Living.
After growing up in Annapolis and then spending years in high end retail in California, I moved to St. Michael's in 2000.
I worked& managed many retail shops and bartended in many restaurants while getting started in the real estate business.
I raced sailboats locally for 8 years.
I've been a volunteer for the Classic Motor Museum since 2016.
I know the area, the people and the water.
I've been a full-time realtor since 2003 and am fully committed to serving my clients with top notch efficiency, loyalty and confidentiality.
Recently retired as the CEO of a national corporation, I am excited about pursuing a new career and look forward to applying my many years of experience to real estate.
This experience includes contract negotiations, implementing local, state and national legislation, and working with organizations across the spectrum ranging from IBM to Texas Instruments to universities and school systems nationwide.
I plan on devoting myself wholeheartedly to this new career; the measure of my success will be the satisfaction of my clients.
After college and 10 years working for the Airlines, Judy returned to the Eastern Shore working in Real Estate Development, Construction, and Sales.
Judy always had fond memories of her times in St. Michaels and is now delighted to be able to introduce new families to the adventures and fun she experienced as a child and now as an adult.
Judy's goals include not only connecting people with the right property, but also promoting Safe Harbor Construction's Aging in Place program.
Aging in Place recognizes that buyers moving to the Bay Hundred have worked hard to do so and want to stay - but as we get older, our home may present physical challenges.
