He is also a Certified Public Account.
As the CFO Jim is responsible for the office operations and providing client accounting support for development projects and property management.
Jim's reports are very detailed providing Fit's clients a clear understanding of their projects and real estate income and expenses.
Jim has helped Fit and their clients develop complicated budgets, financial proposals for lenders, and retail investment models.
He is also a Certified Public Account.

She assists Jim with all of the daily, monthly and annual accounting from A/P and A/R to bank reconciliations, annual budgets, annual CAM reconciliations for all of our properties, Cash Flow statements and many other tasks.
Chris also assists with tenant issues ranging from accounting to property management problems.
She coordinates with vendors and tenants to solve repair issues from time to time as well as city, county and state level requirements for commercial properties.
