Dave and James grew up as childhood friends in Folsom, CA.
They spent their time playing sports, hiking, fishing, camping and backpacking all over California.
Together on a backpacking trip along Humboldt's Lost Coast, James became interested in commercial real estate and they've been working together ever since.
Combined with Jim Carlsen (Former Wells Fargo Commercial Banker, former Partner at Panattoni Development, and Managing Member of Carlsen Investments) and Mac Carlsen (Avison Young and University of California at Berkeley Masters in Real Estate Development & Design), they represent 38 years and two generations of commercial real estate experience.
